Title IX Information
Title IX is a federal law passed as part of the Education Amendments of 1972. The law protects employees, students and applicants from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities.
Detroit Lakes Public Schools does not discriminate against employees, students or applicants based on sex in any of its educational programs, activities or employment.
