What is the Strategic Plan?
The Strategic Plan is our path to achieving five main goals between the fall of 2026 to the spring of 2031. You can think of the Strategic Plan as the lesson plan for the entire district.
For each of the five goals, DLPS determined several strategies to implement that support growth in those areas.
Strategic planning is an ongoing process. Each year, Detroit lakes Public Schools reviews progress, analyzes data, celebrates successes, and identifies opportunities for improvement. This annual review cycle ensure the Strategic Plan remains a living document focused on continuous improvement and student success.
