Any individual who observes, detects, or suspects improper use of taxpayer funds can report suspected fraud or waste to the Office of the Inspector General by calling 1-800-647-8733 or online at https://oig.ed.gov/oig-hotline.

This notice complies with Section 9203 of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), which requires that recipients of a grant or subgrant under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 display contact information in a public place.
