The Culinary 1 classes at DLHS recently completed a comprehensive poultry unit, which involved the process of fabricating a whole chicken into individual cuts, utilizing the remaining parts to prepare stock, crafting a soup from the stock, and culminating in the preparation of various chicken-based entrées.
